07.12.2007 - ‘A(R)MOR’ awarded the Henri van de Velde Label 2007

Modular Lighting Instruments is being feted for its groundbreaking and excellent product design for the second time this year. Earlier in the year, the lighting system ‘Traffic’ won the Best of the Best category at 100% Design Rotterdam, and now Modular - the only lighting manufacturer to be so honoured - is being awarded the Henry van de Velde quality label for ‘A(r)mor’. A(r)mor is a design by Rotorgroup for Modular and is one of the eye catchers of the Modular Green® assortment. The Henri van de Velde Labels are an initiative of Design Vlaanderen, and are awarded by a jury of professionals to products that stand for authenticity, the urge to innovate, creativity, quality finish and added product value. It was already known that Modular’s products embody all of these qualities, but now the award of this label explicitly confirms this. For Modular, moreover, it means a reward for their innovative approach in outdoor lighting.
