Limited Edition: 30 Years of the table wheels Fontana Arte

 A long lasting success of this product, given by the extreme simplicity of its lines and its high design level. The concept idea which inspired the Architect Aulenti has its origins in the handling mode of the glass in the company premises in Corsico: wooden
surfaces supported by wheels on which the glass sheets were laid. An intuitive idea which originates from the association of tools meant for daily use. The table is made by a float glass top 15 mm thick and 4 industrial functional wheels, which support the top through 4 black varnished bolts, deliberately left visible.

Les The 30 years of the Tavolo con Ruote coffe table (1980 – 2010), a real design icon, is celebrated through a limited edition of 400 pieces, each one of them marked with the signature of this world famous architect, well-known for her upgrading works of the Gare d’Orsay and the planning of the Musée National d’Art Moderne at the Pompidou Centre. The table will be delivered with a serial number and will be offered in the square format 120 x 120 cm.
